Fran Capo

Fran Capo is a motivational speaker, adventurer, comedian, voice-over artist, author and holder of several records.
Fran Capo was born in Greenwich Village in New York City. She graduated from Queens College with a BA in Philosophy and Accounting.
Capo was listed in the ''Guinness Book of World Records'' (1989), ''Ripley's Believe it or Not!'' (2006) and the ''Book of Alternative Records'' (2006).〔(Fastest Talker: World' Record #1: Fastest Talking Female ), Fran Capo.com, September 19, 2006, retrieved October 8, 2012.〕 She is currently listed in the ''Guinness World Records'' as the fastest-talking female, having broken the record twice.
